Cafe de Paris is a new coffee shop and bakery in the Bluebird District that opened its doors on November 25, 2005. They have some great pastries, pretty decent hours, and a very pleasant environment. Cafe de Paris occupies the same space as the former Witz Coffee. They are working on getting their internet connection going, and they expect to have it working by November 27.

Appears to have closed
Cafe de Paris appears to have closed. There are no signs on the door that indicate it is out of business, but it has not been open for quite some time. --Denvercoffee 13:44, 11 March 2006 (MST)
