John Hickenlooper is a Denver entrepreneur who has opened several restaurants in the area that have become notable Denver landmarks. His first restaurant, the Wynkoop Brewing Company, opened in 1988, was Denver's first brewpub. Mr. Hickenlooper decided he liked Denver so much, he become mayor of the city in 2003.
