Editing Rules

From FunDenver -- the Denver, Colorado resource that anyone can edit!

In an effort to maintain a sense of order (or at least as much order as a wiki can hope to have), there are a few rules to keep in mind when editing pages and adding content:

1. Do not add content that is copyrighted. (Unless, of course, it is copyrighted by you.)
2. The theme of this web site is "fun". Try to avoid non-fun topics.
3. No profanity, lewdness, etc.
4. No libel.
5. No politics. Regardless of how important you feel it is to enlighten others with your thoughtful, well-researched point of view, there will always be some crazed uneducated folks who (gasp) disagree with you. These misguided heretics will undoubtedly feel obligated to refute your comments. This will start what we Internet old-timers refer to as a flame war. Such political flame wars have been known to completely destroy online forums, such as our once-beloved USENET newsgroups co.general and co.denver.general.

Posted content that violates these rules will be promptly removed.
