Ink coffee is located in the new condo/retail development on Little Raven Street in the Central Platte Valley, just across the Millenium Bridge from Lower Downtown. (Hint: take the free 16th Street Mall shuttle bus all the way down to Union Station -- the end of the line -- and walk across the huge bridge you see.)
This place has free internet, and is usually occupied by people studying for classes, working on their notebooks, trading stocks, wheeling and dealing, etc.
