Paris on the Platte was one of the first, if not the first, coffee house in Denver.
Paris on the Platte provides excellent internet access, with 10-12 wired ethernet ports, plus wireless access. They are also open late at night. The main drawback is this place has poor ventilation and allows smoking, so the air can get unbreathable quickly. There is a non-smoking room available until 5:30pm, but the smoke from the main room can be so thick that the non-smoking area can get smoky, too.
Paris on the Platte has seen the Central Platte Valley change significantly -- not too many years ago, it was an out-of-the-way sidenote to downtown, and today it's a thriving, rennovated, redeveloped, hip area.
At some point in the past few years, Paris converted their used book store into a trendy wine bar, which is open from 4:30pm to 2:00am.

Reuben sandwich
The Reuben sandwich with dijon mustard here is awesome. I don't even like Reuben sandwiches at other places! --Simmons 10:03, 29 November 2005 (MST)
