The Wynkoop Brewing Company is one of Denver's great brewpubs. Located in LoDo, the Wynkoop offers a wide variety of craft beer (including chili beer and root beer!) produced on-site. Established in 1988, the Wynkoop is Denver's first brewpub.
Here is some important information gleaned from the menu (as of Aug 9, 2006):
- Kitchen hours: M-Th 11am-11pm, F-Sa 11am-midnight, Su 10am-10pm
- Afternoon happy hour: every day 3pm-6pm ($1 off everything)
- Late night happy hour: M-Th 10pm-midnight, Su 9pm-midnight ($1 off everything)
- Free brewery tours: Saturdays 1pm-5pm
